  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
