- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add the cooked chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
