  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground venison until browned.
  2. Add in the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Warm the taco shells in the oven or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by adding the venison mixture to the shells, topped with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
