  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the strawberry puree until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, then let cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
  8. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
