  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and vegetable broth, then bring to a simmer.
