  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken ham to the pot, stirring well.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Use a potato masher to partially mash the potatoes, creating a creamy texture.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
