- 1 pound fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, sour cream, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, mix crushed crackers and melted butter until well combined.
- Layer half of the cracker mixture in a greased baking dish.
