Teriyaki Ground Turkey, Broccoli and Peas

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and peas, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour teriyaki sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt to taste.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
