  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
