  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
