  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the pretzel crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
  7. Add sliced strawberries to the cooled gelatin, then carefully pour over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
