  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into taco-shaped molds and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in diced strawberries and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Once the taco shells have cooled, fill them with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Top with whipped cream and drizzle strawberry sauce over the tacos.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
