  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and milk.
  7. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.
