- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
