- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
