  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
