  • 1 pound beef ribeye, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced beef in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook beef in a skillet over high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
