- 1 pound beef ribeye, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Marinate sliced beef in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
