  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
