- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, sauté turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Stir in green beans and Cajun seasoning, then reduce heat to low.
