S’mores Cinnamon Rolls with Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing well until combined.
  4. Spread the dough onto a floured surface and sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers on top.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly and slice it into equal pieces.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra treat, drizzle melted chocolate on top of the rolls before serving.
