1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup mushroom soup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs.
