  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, add the chicken thighs, broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
