Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add chopped vegetables to the slow cooker.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
