Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
