  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, Cajun seasoning, garlic, onion, and bell peppers.
  2. Pour heavy cream over the chicken and add olive oil. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Combine the fettuccine with the chicken mixture and serve hot.
