  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook until translucent.

  4. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
