  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, pour half of the cream mixture over it, and repeat the layers.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, ensure that the chicken ham is certified gluten-free.
  • You can replace the heavy cream with a lighter alternative if desired.
