- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese.
- Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, pour half of the cream mixture over it, and repeat the layers.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
