  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and thyme, cooking for another minute.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut slits on the sides.
