Sausage Pinwheels

Delicious sausage pinwheels made with turkey bacon and a savory beef filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the beef and mix well.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and layer the turkey bacon on top.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the turkey bacon.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
  8. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
