Sausage Balls Without Bisquick Recipe

A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for sausage balls that does not require Bisquick.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, cheese, almond flour, and all seasonings.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For additional flavor, consider adding chopped herbs.
