- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
