- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams egg whites
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- 250 grams butter
- 300 grams powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Black edible marker
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar, then sift it into another bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and food coloring, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until fully incorporated.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them dry for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool completely.
- For the filling, beat butter and powdered sugar, then mix in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
