  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add apple cider and rosemary.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in apple cider overnight.
