- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
