Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut the butternut squash into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
