  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise until doubled.
