- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
