  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce over low heat. Once meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and coat well.
