  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add butter and sugar, mixing until crumbly.
  3. Stir in egg and pumpkin puree until combined.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
  6. Fill half with pumpkin mixture and cover with another rectangle.
  7. Seal edges with a fork.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing, and drizzle on top.
