Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
