Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer the fresh mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
