- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 3 inches in size.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken ham, turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped peppers or onions to the filling.
- These pizza rolls can be frozen before baking and cooked from frozen.
