Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream the butter in another bowl and gradually add the eggs, mixing well.
  4. Stir in coconut milk, crushed pineapple, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
