  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces pimiento cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, pimiento cheese, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and wrap each ball with a slice of turkey bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sausage is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
