A delicious and easy recipe that combines the classic flavors of pepperoni pizza with the flaky goodness of croissants.

  • 1 package refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce to the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
  6. Roll up the croissants tightly, starting from the wide end.
  7. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
