Pepperoni Pierogy Pizza Casserole

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer half of the pierogies.
  3. Spread half of the pizza sauce over the pierogies, add half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pepperoni.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogies, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
