Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced peaches.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon to create the streusel topping.
  7. Fill each muffin cup with batter, then sprinkle the streusel topping on top.
