  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
