Oven Roasted Garlic Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick steaks.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture on both sides of the cabbage steaks.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve hot.
