These Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups are the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion, blending the rich flavors of cheesecake and chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form a crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set, then allow to cool.
  8. Once cooled, top with mini Oreo cookies for decoration.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese to prevent lumps.
  • These can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
